Ancestral Bread and Grape Molasses Festival

Held at the end of September each year, this festival keeps alive the nearly forgotten gastronomic heritage of Seferihisar. Baking ancestral bread in traditional stone ovens, boiling grape molasses (armola), making olive oil soap, and regional cooking competitions are the main elements of the event. Led by local women's cooperatives, the festival contributes to the preservation of cultural heritage.
